Leadership

Led by experience, driven by accountability

Bidcorp is led by a 12-member Board. Executive leadership is provided by Bernard Berson (CEO) and David Cleasby (CFO). The Board comprises Chairman Stephen Koseff, founder Brian Joffe and eight other independent non-executive directors, bringing deep expertise in foodservice, finance, governance and international markets.
